In 1993, we have trusted Thermaseal Limited to apply their system on the roof of one of our warehouse. It proved very efficient and offered best water sealing and insulated our premises considerably. We have later contracted this company with the remaining warehouses.

We would like to congratulate and thank you for the weatherproofing works which were carried out on a part of our Hanger Complex towards the end of last summer. We suffered no leaks from the winter rains, even though our roof has been leaking for some years and other so called weatherproofing applications were only effectual for limited periods. As you well know, the particular roof in question was not a concrete or stone roof but an ex-services ‘compressed straw roof’ which as you can imagine used to drip for days after the rains has stopped.

We used this product and the result is incredible.

1) As a water proofer it definitely does the job up to it’s specifications. Only two days after we applied Thermaseal on the roof, it rained heavily and it was flooded like a bath tub. It took six hours pumping water at twelve litres per minute and no leakages were detected anywhere.

2) As an insulation material its beyond believe. One can judge immediately the difference in temperature when this Thermaseal material is applied. On the roof normally the concrete is very cold and damp with a high degree of humidity. This is not the case with Thermaseal. All of these conditions are reversed. In summer when normally the concrete is hot underneath, with the blessing of Thermaseal the concrete is cool and in winter the opposite occur.
